Insurance Innovation Director

We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to partner with top insurers across North America to deliver cutting-edge capabilities.
This role involves collaborating with our team of experts to design and implement innovative solutions for pricing, portfolio management, underwriting, finance, and claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop integrated consulting and technology solutions for clients
- Combine data science market practice and innovation to build robust analytics processes
- Design, build, test, and run data science processes for clients
- Build effective predictive models, analytical tools, and processes using various techniques
- At least 5 years of P&C insurance experience
- At least 3 years of predictive modeling experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from data
- Experience with machine learning and statistical theory
- A competitive base salary range: $150,000 - $230,000 USD per year
- Eligibility for an annual short-term incentive bonus
