We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labeling Portfolio & Process Professional to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and owning a synthesized, integrated, and holistic portfolio of labeling projects across key brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement labeling processes for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Manage a portfolio of brands and projects related to labeling processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Manage labeling projects from start to finish, overseeing all aspects of the process including design, content ingestion, and approval.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and allocate resources accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and marketing, to ensure labeling requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain labeling databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in label management systems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve labeling processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and training to team members and business partners on labeling processes and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to labeling processes.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to established goals and objectives.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with labeling process projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, life sciences, regulatory affairs).
- At least 10 years of experience in labeling processes, preferably with a combination of industries.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, EMA) related to labeling.
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and labeling software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator).
