About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our Betfair International team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries while providing exceptional service.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure complex problems are resolved efficiently.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized interaction.
  • Identify and escalate recurring customer issues to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements
