Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, build, and maintain web applications using a combination of frontend and backend technologies. This includes collaborating with design and product teams to implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces. You will also develop and maintain content management systems, including Drupal or other modern CMS platforms.

Responsibilities include ensuring application security, performance, and scalability using web development best practices. You will troubleshoot and optimize existing codebases for better performance and maintainability. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and processes.

It is essential to stay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the tech stack.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience working with frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
  • Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel
  • CMS experience, preferably with Drupal or WordPress (custom module/theme experience a plus)
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL)
  • Version control experience using Git
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with headless CMS architecture and REST/GraphQL APIs
  • Familiarity with Docker or containerized development environments
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and SEO best practices
  • Exposure to automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, PHPUnit)

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating scalable, user-friendly digital experiences and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
