Landscape Architecture Drafting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Landscape Architect Drafting Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing precise technical drawings and plans to establish a strong foundation for projects. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with the team will be essential in meeting our high standards and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop pre-design deliverables, including Survey Base Sheet, Inventory Base Sheet, Proposed Base Sheet, and Inventory Proposed Base Sheet to support project initialization.
- Draft schematic designs in collaboration with the design team using AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Draft preliminary designs while ensuring feasibility, aesthetics, and alignment with client vision.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with local codes and regulations as directed by the design team.
- Collaborate with team members to refine designs and advance project goals.
- Update drafts based on feedback and revisions to align with project standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Foundational understanding of landscape architecture principles, especially for residential design.
- Self-sufficiency and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $15-$25/hr based on experience.
- Minimum 3% annual inflation-based increase.
- Annual performance-based hourly increases.
