We're seeking a Market Expansion Leader to drive business growth, manage regional operations, and lead local teams to meet business objectives.
About the RoleThis is a strategic leadership position responsible for expanding our presence in respective countries. Key responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of country's business operations, sales performance, and market expansion.
- Developing and executing growth strategies to expand our presence in the local market.
- Leading the acquisition and management of Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional clients, and strategic partners.
- Building and leading a high-performing local team; recruiting, coaching, and mentoring staff to achieve and exceed targets.
- E nsuring a strong local brand presence through strategic partnerships, events, and marketing collaborations.
- Analyzing local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to deliver tailored client experiences.
- Driving monthly and quarterly performance targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
- Acting as the main representative and spokesperson for our organization in the local market.
- Proven experience in a B2B Forex or CFD Sales/Account Management role is essential.
- Previous leadership or country management experience within the financial services or trading industry.
- Deep understanding of the local market, including client segments, competitor landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English & Native Language (verbal + written) is required.
