Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the main point of contact for customers. This involves receiving and processing shipping orders, keying in information into the system, and following up with customers or foreign offices to ensure timely delivery.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong attention to detail. The ability to multitask and meet deadlines is crucial in ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for driving sales and marketing intelligence by analyzing customer data and identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
