Key Responsibilities- Sales and Product Promotion: Sell and promote lending solutions based on thorough client needs assessments and goal-oriented conversations.
- Client Development: Develop a consumer client base to facilitate direct sales of lending solutions.
- Service Delivery: Ensure efficient delivery of services to clients and direct business flow to the appropriate servicing unit.
- Feedback and Improvement: Act as a conduit for feedback from the field, identifying ideas to improve existing products and services, and new product opportunities.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Partner with Business Development Managers and banking specialists to foster advisor interest in debt management and deposit solutions.
- Proven track record of high performance in a busy sales environment.
- High energy and self-motivation combined with a positive attitude.
- Solid underwriting experience with residential mortgages (3-5 years).
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services or sales/service capacity.
- Consultative sales capabilities, including relationship establishment, needs analysis, solution presentation, closing, and servicing skills.
- Aptitude for learning and using technology for business purposes.
- Outstanding communication skills to translate complex technical issues and business definitions into accessible concepts.
- Analytical and decision-making skills, with ability to prioritize deadlines.
- Effective change management and organizational skills to manage fluctuating workloads.
- Excellent customer and relationship management skills.
- Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills.
