Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Workday functional implementation program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of Workday solutions that meet the needs of our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Workday functional solutions, including requirements gathering, design, and testing.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple vendors and global partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure technology adoption and realization of benefits, and develop and maintain proper operation and support models for all new implementations.
  • Manage budgets and costs associated with Workday implementations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Workday implementation, with a strong background in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday functional solutions.
  • Proven history of orchestrating Workday implementations, with a focus on large-scale program management and business change management.
  • Ability to organize, hire, manage, train, and develop a team of employees and contractors, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with the ability to partner with a wide variety of leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Business analyst skills, with the ability to drive tasks to closure and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to identify priorities and actionable paths.
