  • Implement and train stakeholders on budgeting and reporting tools.">
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and review financial plans.">
  • Coordinate financial planning and budget reviews, working closely with the FIFA Senior Event Controller and budget owners.">
  • Support the consolidation of full tournament operational budgets.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Present quarterly forecast outcomes and recommended corrective actions.">
  • Coordinate year-end accrual processes and maintain accurate records.">
  • Review monthly cost allocations and prepare re-allocation journals as needed.">
  • Prepare insightful management reports.">
  • Monitor and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity needs are met.">
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide additional financial reports as requested.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis.">
  • Experience in an event organization, preferably in a financial role.">
  • Advanced knowledge of budgeting and reporting tools.">
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.">
  • Fluent English, with any other language being an asset.">
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentation.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Right to work in Brazil and ability to relocate to Rio de Janeiro.">
