About the Position- Assemble and align teams on preliminary information following internal procedures.
- Lead technical discovery calls building rapport and trust quickly.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle and guide discussions to identify project feasibility.
- Use consultative questioning techniques to uncover client pain points and business objectives.
- Develop dynamic presentation decks and engagement proposals that clearly articulate service offerings, project scope, and strategic recommendations.
- Customize deliverables to reflect client-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Integrate technical insights with business strategy ensuring proposals account for both immediate deliverables and long-term client growth.
- Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead technical discovery calls showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation: Develop dynamic presentation decks and engagement proposals.
- Team Buildout and Project Kickoff: Act as a primary point of coordination among sales, recruiting, and engineering teams.
- 3+ years of experience in similar sales and delivery management roles.
