Key Responsibilities- Program Execution: Ensure seamless delivery of global sales compensation initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, validate data, and maintain program integrity.
- Data Analysis: Run and validate reports related to payouts, performance, and exceptions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and propose controls to improve accuracy and mitigate compliance gaps.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation, preferably with exposure to sales incentive programs.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
