">Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of our sales compensation programs through robust analytics and reporting.

">Key Responsibilities
  • ">
  • Develop and maintain recurring sales compensation reports and dashboards using Tableau to track performance against targets, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement">
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance data, compensation plan effectiveness, and quota attainment to provide strategic recommendations to sales leadership">
  • Identify data discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve issues, ensuring data integrity across all reporting">
  • Support the annual and ongoing sales compensation planning process through data modeling, impact analysis, and scenario planning.">
  • Prepare presentations and communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences">
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, primarily utilizing SQL, to support compensation calculations and reporting">
  • Work extensively with (SFDC) to extract sales performance data, understand sales hierarchies, and validate compensation-related information">
  • Collaborate with IT and other cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and reporting capabilities">
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment on compensation strategies and accurate data flow">
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support to various stakeholders">

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field">
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role">
  • Proficiency in SQL with demonstrated ability to write complex queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets">
  • Proficiency in Tableau with proven experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports for business users">
  • Experience with (SFDC) or modern CRM tool">
