Senior Compensation Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of global sales compensation programs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, validate data, and maintain plan integrity.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the administration of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), including validating inputs, addressing discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Partner with Finance and IT to maintain and improve systems and data quality.
  • Assist in quota/territory data tracking to support proper incentive calculations.
  • Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Support: Act as the first point of contact for commission-related inquiries, dispute resolution, and clarification of plan mechanics.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Run and validate reports related to payouts, performance, and exceptions; support regular and ad hoc reporting needs for Finance, Sales, and leadership.
  • Governance, Compliance & Audit Support: Identify risks and propose controls to improve accuracy and mitigate compliance gaps; assist with audits and ensure compliance with global labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation, ideally with exposure to sales incentive programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Xactly, Forma.ai, or Anaplan is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves frequent interaction with global stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and communication skills.
