About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our team. As a Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative tax strategies aligned with our company's financial planning and market trends.

You will analyze our financial statements and results, interpreting tax impacts and identifying optimization opportunities.

Additionally, you will monitor and anticipate regulatory changes and tax trends to ensure we are always prepared for future scenarios.

You will partner with departments such as FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Accounting, and Legal to ensure an integrated approach to tax strategy.

As a Tax Specialist, you will identify and explore opportunities for tax efficiency through technology, digitalization, and automation.

You will participate in strategic projects, including the digital transformation of the tax area and the implementation of new tax tools.

Your responsibilities will also include developing predictive analyses and tax impact simulations under different business scenarios.

Finally, you will ensure compliance with our standards and guidelines, minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities within tax compliance.



Requirements
  • A university degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Previous experience in tax strategy, tax planning, or digital transformation in the tax area.
  • Strong knowledge of tax legislation, tax compliance, and the tax impact on financial statements.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and tax digitalization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, SAP, among others).
  • An advanced level of English.
