
Global Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating and executing annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans to ensure strategic and financial targets are met.
You will develop new partners in the region/country and monitor their sales performance, both in and out, as well as stock levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving sales and daily account management activities with Key Channel Partners.
The ideal candidate will review and forecast Order/Inventory/Sell In/Out data to independently identify new sales opportunities within existing product ranges. You will execute and manage commercial strategies, including MSRP, Selected Distribution Criteria, partner set evolution in territory, and channel compensation schemes.
Furthermore, you will manage the sales channel that partners cover online and offline. This includes organizing partners, dealers, and shop promoters to conduct product training and examinations according to the product launch rhythm.
Lastly, you will conduct market research, collect and analyze competitive product information, price strategy, and promotion activities, then analyze relevant countermeasures every month.
