Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our support organization in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping customers achieve their business goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and conceptual understanding of server-side core Java, multi-threaded, and Data Structures usage. Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure is desirable. Knowledge of Angular and accompanying technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and integration product support is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-level technical support to end customers and employees via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Collaborate with customers and peers to troubleshoot complex problems and deliver solutions through research, collaboration, and problem replication.
  • Work independently on moderately complex technical problems and take direction from senior engineers and management as needed.
  • Contribute to knowledgebase improvement by writing and reviewing technical articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with product skills and supporting technologies by attending formal and informal classes and installing, testing, and using software products.
  • Lead customer escalations situations, steering customers and R&D teams to work towards solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics, Engineering, Telecommunications, MIS, Mathematics, or a relevant technology-centered field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience reflecting demonstrable ability in troubleshooting, technical support, or software development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
