Job Overview

This position involves overseeing the transformation of a prominent insurance carrier's business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a holistic view of the organization and be able to drive strategic workforce management solutions.

They should possess a deep understanding of Program Management and Change Management, with operational excellence.

  • Stakeholder management both within and outside the project, with the ability to read the room and adapt approaches accordingly
  • Influence without direct authority, moving the organization forward without direct reports
  • Understanding of Program Management and Change Management, with operational excellence
  • Ability to define a clear path, organize chaos, and influence at all levels from frontline to ExCo/CEO
  • Resilience and openness to immediate feedback, with strong storytelling skills tailored to the audience
  • Strategic vision at enterprise and project levels, with the ability to translate and interconnect strategies
  • Ability to learn complex business concepts and communicate them effectively based on audience knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions
  • Inspirational leadership to excite and execute a shared vision
  • Deep understanding of AX/distribution or the ability to learn quickly
  • Curiosity and humility to acknowledge gaps in knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge in Agency Operations & Insurance Products
  • IT Process & Execution experience in Agile Methodologies
  • Extensive experience in Business Transformation
  • Insurance background required
  • Fluent in English
  • Strategic mindset
  • Ability to manage stakeholder requests and understand strategic demands
  • Knowledge of the US insurance market
