Key Strategic Leader

The Africa Regional Centre plays a pivotal role in coordinating the work programme and leading origination, supervision, and implementation of NDB operations in the African region.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategise alignment of mission with corporate programming to achieve effective design and resource requirements.
  2. Pioneer innovative approaches to articulate programming strategies that secure reputation and resource base of the institution.
  3. Lead institutional development to ensure alignment and achievement of core mission goals.
  4. Develop new programming approaches which sustain relevance of the organisation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated strategic capacity gained through experience at the corporate level to link the institution's mission and capacity.
  • Understanding and articulation of corporate priorities in the context of functional programmes.
  • Development of plans/strategies to achieve integrated operations which support corporate goals.
