O nosso Supervisor Regional de Vendas será fundamental para garantir a execução da estratégia comercial na região, fortalecendo relacionamentos com parceiros e impulsionando resultados consistente.

Responsabilidades do Cargo
  • Atingimento de Metas: Atingir metas estabelecidas pela empresa em vendas;
  • Análise de Problemas Regionais: Analisar problemas regionais, desenvolver estratégias de vendas e cumprir metas estabelecidas;
  • Desenvolvimento e Gestão de Clientes: Desenvolver e gerenciar clientes estratégicos da região;
  • Treinamento de Funcionários: Treinar gerentes e funcionários de lojas parceiras;
  • Gestão de Promotores de Vendas: Recrutar e treinar novos promotores na região;
  • Coleta e Análise de Concorrentes: Coletar dados de vendas das lojas e dos principais concorrentes;
  • Relatório e Análise: Analisar e resumir os dados para elaborar ações de melhoria;
Habilidades e Requisitos
  • Graduação completa ou superior;
  • Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em vendas e gestão;
  • Forte capacidade de comunicação e negociação;
  • Português fluente;
