O nosso Supervisor Regional de Vendas será fundamental para garantir a execução da estratégia comercial na região, fortalecendo relacionamentos com parceiros e impulsionando resultados consistente.
Responsabilidades do Cargo- Atingimento de Metas: Atingir metas estabelecidas pela empresa em vendas;
- Análise de Problemas Regionais: Analisar problemas regionais, desenvolver estratégias de vendas e cumprir metas estabelecidas;
- Desenvolvimento e Gestão de Clientes: Desenvolver e gerenciar clientes estratégicos da região;
- Treinamento de Funcionários: Treinar gerentes e funcionários de lojas parceiras;
- Gestão de Promotores de Vendas: Recrutar e treinar novos promotores na região;
- Coleta e Análise de Concorrentes: Coletar dados de vendas das lojas e dos principais concorrentes;
- Relatório e Análise: Analisar e resumir os dados para elaborar ações de melhoria;
- Graduação completa ou superior;
- Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em vendas e gestão;
- Forte capacidade de comunicação e negociação;
- Português fluente;
