Project Manager Role

We are seeking a results-driven leader to deliver high-value, mission-critical construction projects in the UAE.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for experienced project managers who can lead and coordinate design activities between client, construction, and consultants.
  • The successful candidate will oversee design documentation, submittals, approvals, and ensure alignment with contractual and program requirements.
  • They must be able to monitor and report on design progress, as well as lead weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Ensuring technical compliance, reviewing calculations and shop drawings (structural, rebar, BSS, MEP), authorizing material submittals, invoices, and design change documentation, and coordinating with authorities for NOC and support submissions are key aspects of this role.
  • A strong team leader, this person will motivate and delegate within the design team, oversee document control and QA/QC, and support project delivery by aligning design with planning, procurement, and site operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction design management.
  • Proficiency in design tools (STAAD, Prokon, ETABS, AutoCAD).
  • Strong MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
  • Proven leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
