Job Title: Proposal Strategist

The role of a Proposal Strategist is critical in crafting and delivering customized proposal content that meets customer requirements and industry standards. This position necessitates effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business practices align with corporate policies, programs, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop persuasive proposal language and deal responses to support successful business outcomes
  • Research, create, and organize compelling responses to customer requests for proposal and/or information in support of deals
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate across stakeholder teams to identify, assemble, and complete key concepts to address proposal and deal requirements
  • Review and edit stakeholder content submissions, request feedback, and revise content to create a coherent singular voice and tone for deal submission
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of related proposal writing experience working in a high-impact environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, financial, operational, or related field
  • Knowledge of business management areas contributing to successful business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and diplomacy)
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, make decisions, and deliver multiple assignments with detail and precision
