Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at our São Paulo Headquarters location. As a critical member of our IT Support organization, you will provide technical support for our technology devices and networks, as well as assist in developing, deploying, and maintaining network and end-user equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support for IT hardware, including workstations, laptops, printers, mobile scanners, mobile phones, and phones.
- Prepare, maintain, and update IT procedures and documentation related to our processes and platforms operations.
- Collaborate with department personnel to design innovative solutions for all IT issues for all offices and warehouse technologies.
- Maintain the hardware lifecycle and inventory management of all IT equipment.
- Sustain high-availability service levels and ensure fulfillment of business-wide service levels and operational support objectives.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise IT and technology field.
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in the field of engineering, computer science, or equivalent advanced technology field of study.
- Strong working and practical knowledge of industry IT standards and regulations.
- Ability to work with extremely technical staff working on very sensitive subject areas and with extremely sensitive information.
- High level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and exudes the appropriate level of judgment and maturity.
- Must be a strong communicator with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to translate the vision and strategy into clear priorities and direction, both internally and externally.
- Good fundamental knowledge and troubleshooting skills in the following areas: DNS/DHCP/TCPIP, Azure Endpoint Technologies (Active Directory and Intune), Microsoft 365 Management Portal (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, etc.), Windows 10 and 11 Professional Operating systems, Multi-functional Printers and Thermal printers, Wireless and LAN.
- Experience in supporting the below technologies (SaaS/Cloud-based IT operations systems are a plus): Asset inventory systems, ITSM/Ticketing systems, System imaging systems, Systems and network monitoring.
- Fluency in English.
- Education Level: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Science, Information Sciences Technology, Management Information System, or related fields.
