Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This includes understanding market dynamics, developing sales strategies, and executing plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in key markets.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges affecting the industry.

  • Become a subject matter expert in display technology and its applications in Brazil.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management within the electronics industry, preferably in display technology.

  • Proven track record of participating in strategic projects and contributing to business growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in English language.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
