- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territories and product lines.
- Maintain close customer relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with distributors to increase sell-out and demand generation.
- Provide training and support to dealers on vascular procedures, products, and competitors.
- Foster key relationships with Territory and Distributor networks to drive business revenue growth.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and propose improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5-7 years of proven sales experience in related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (60%).
- Proficiency in CRM/Sales Force and MS Office applications.
