Sales and Vascular Expert

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of driving business growth within a designated territory. This involves managing relationships with customers to grow sales, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territories and product lines.
  • Maintain close customer relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with distributors to increase sell-out and demand generation.
  • Provide training and support to dealers on vascular procedures, products, and competitors.
  • Foster key relationships with Territory and Distributor networks to drive business revenue growth.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and propose improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience in related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively (60%).
  • Proficiency in CRM/Sales Force and MS Office applications.
