You'll partner with our Wishlist leadership in all regions to crack the most important strategic topics of our Sales Funnel.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and scale planning processes, including defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, HC planning, and creating reports.
- Build a scalable portfolio management solution, identifying Wishlist partners and prospects and defining balanced portfolios for each executive.
- Define variable compensation models, targets, and attainment.
Your Impact:
- Establish working relationships with Commercial leadership and other cross-functional teams.
- Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Partnership leadership team, highlighting best-performing regions and identifying drivers behind over and underperformance.
- Develop data-driven decisions on topics including forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis.
- Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process, making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, team restructuring, and improving rep productivity.
- Manage the CRM (Salesforce) and other commercial tools to foster a more structured management of Wellhub commercial activities.
- Develop strategies to increase relevance with our Partners.
- Design our long-term data needs to build more impact-oriented OKRs.
- Get your hands dirty in the data and step up to own sales strategy and planning.
