Project Leadership Role

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee end-to-end service delivery, managing large or complex projects with strategic focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
  • Manage project governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
  • Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
  • Establish effective project planning, including ensuring the production of a detailed project plan.
  • Advising on procurement of resources and leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team.
  • Managing change control, monitoring and advising on project finances, and managing the flow of project information between the team and the client.

Business Development
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work with senior directors to construct bids for new work.
  • Attend formal client pitches.

Internal Management Accountabilities
  • Staff management, where appropriate, including inputting into the formal management of a project management team.
  • Knowledge management, ensuring that key information and learning generated from each project is documented.
  • Financial management, ensuring prompt invoicing and utilising financial management systems in order to monitor a project's financial status.
  • Process improvement, identifying and acting upon ways to improve internal systems and processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in engineering, construction, or related areas.
  • Proven experience managing real estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Experience with hospitality projects is advantageous.
