O cargo envolve atuar como porta-voz da empresa, desenvolvendo estratégias para impulsionar as metas estabelecidas e identificar novas oportunidades de crescimento.
Responsabilidades:
- Desenvolver e executar planos de vendas personalizados para alcançar e superar metas;
- Identificar, prospectar e manter relacionamentos com clientes, compreendendo suas necessidades e oferecendo soluções logísticas inovadoras;
- Realizar visitas comerciais, apresentações e demonstrações dos serviços da empresa;
- Gerenciar e atualizar contatos comerciais por meio de sistemas e ferramentas disponibilizados;
- Colaborar com equipes de Procurement e Pricing para alinhar estratégias e viabilizar novos negócios;
- Monitorar e analisar tendências de mercado e concorrência para identificar oportunidades de crescimento.
Requisitos:
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em áreas afins;
- Experiência comprovada em cargos similares no segmento de Logística Internacional;
- Carteira ativa de clientes e forte networking no setor;
- Conhecimento em CRM e ferramentas de vendas;
- Habilidade para identificar oportunidades e impulsionar o crescimento de negócios.
