About the Role

PepsiCo, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Communication Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our corporate communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to promote our brand and key messages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute public relations strategies to promote the PepsiCo corporate brand and key messages through various channels, including press, events, and external forums.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, opinion leaders, and trade associations.
  • Interface with communication agencies to ensure effective execution of communication plans.
  • Develop and analyze communication results reports to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Digital, to integrate communication plans and ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Manage and monitor communication budgets and relationships with suppliers and communication partners.
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in corporate communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience in press relations and public relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) is an advantage.
  • Ability to produce high-quality executive presentations and reports.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Basic Spanish language skills.
