Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead
We are seeking a business-oriented and hands-on HR leader to drive our talent acquisition strategy in Brazil.
This role plays a pivotal part in driving the organization's growth by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a talent-driven strategy, supporting the organizational structure with leadership.
- Act as an ambassador and change agent, ensuring that Diaverum's culture and values are a living reality.
- Represent HR in the Country Management Team and Brazil in the global HR team, contributing to continuous improvement projects.
- Be a visible and hands-on partner for senior leaders, managers, and employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and provide guidance on employment matters.
- Equip clinic managers with HR tools to become strong business partners.
- Drive employee relations and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
