To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong understanding of current market trends, industry-specific regulations, and technical skills. You will also demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, including coaching and developing team members.

- Apply advanced technical skills, such as IFRSs knowledge, to provide value-added services to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in auditing and a deep understanding of the insurance sector. A master's degree in accounts or a relevant international qualification is required, along with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
