Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, issuing, controlling, and documenting all materials into and out of the warehouse in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unload trucks, reviewing all incoming materials, and deliver to appropriate departments.
  • Stock materials in the warehouse and maintain inventory on operating supplies, raw materials, and finished goods.
  • Issue materials and stage work orders - pulling inventory from stockrooms and kitting work orders.
  • Process shipments of finished goods to customers and other miscellaneous shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with CGMP's and SOP's.
  • Perform various warehouse duties as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education experience.
  • Work-related experience equivalent to three months' previous warehouse experience.
  • The ability to operate a forklift safely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database, and other applicable software programs.
