Executive Recruiter Role

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Build relationships with candidates, guide them through the recruitment journey, and sustain relationships with senior executives.

Industry Research & Writing:

  • Research industries, executive roles, and functions, and create market insights for consultants and clients.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Communicate with prospective candidates, conduct interviews, and write candidate assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the globe, develop business development materials, and foster productive partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Role Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience or 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience.
  • BA/BS degree required. Exhibits skill and developing mastery of professional communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting, contingency search, or in-house talent acquisition.
  • Proven success managing multiple projects, targeting potential candidates, and analyzing large volumes of information.
