As a Sales Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal by providing qualified insights about current and future market needs to support government solution design and development business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an interface between the public market or development and sales teams to anticipate solution design and roadmap regarding client needs.
  • Contribute to defining the sales roadmap and assessing standards or specific government needs.
  • Support and advise sales teams to customize client solutions and represent IDEMIA at external or internal events.
  • Participate and contribute as an expert to sales, region, or Division strategy and develop a good understanding and knowledge of the public ecosystem.
  • Assess and evaluate potential partners and identify and research potential clients and market opportunities.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets by analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers by leveraging previous experience as a Key Account Manager to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
