Our diverse team of 800 professionals represents over 50 nationalities and operates from five global offices, with 30% working entirely remotely. Your Mission We are seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to join our Customer Service division at BlaBlaCar. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional support to our members: both passengers and drivers, while engaging in significant projects. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will assist members in the LatAm carpool market, reporting to our Associate Manager, Maria Elena de Olivieira, and collaborating with a team of 11.

Your Responsibilities

Provide assistance to members through various communication channels: address member inquiries (tickets, social media, moderation) with a high standard of quality. Facilitate coaching sessions for internal team members. Contribute to the enhancement of BlaBlaCar processes and policies: identify challenges and communicate them to relevant stakeholders, including the Knowledge and Tech teams. Manage Slack channels pertinent to the Community Engagement team (social media, trust and safety, etc.). Ensure the smooth execution of all activities, remaining flexible to specific demands during peak periods (high activity, holidays, etc.).

Your Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service. Outstanding communication and active listening abilities with a genuine desire to assist others. Strong understanding of the internet ecosystem and proficient use of MS Excel / Google Sheets at an intermediate to advanced level. Full working proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (please submit your CV in English). Alignment with our company values. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment. Capacity to take ownership, aligned with business priorities. Preferred: experience with the Salesforce platform.
