Commercial Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead high-end interior fit-out projects from inception to final account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our interests, maximizing margins, and ensuring strategic procurement and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the commercial & contractual function
  • Driving profitability through smart procurement
  • Managing subcontractor contracts
  • Approving major payments
  • Leading a top-performing commercial team

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Expertise in contract management, cost control, budgeting, and claims management is crucial for ensuring the success of our projects.
