The role involves working with technology and design teams to develop solutions that address employee needs and technical challenges.

A key focus is on collaborating across departments to identify and prioritize scenarios that improve digital asset usage.

Responsibilities include converting client requirements into actionable epics and user stories for development, assessing new technologies and conducting pilot programs to test and validate use cases, and maintaining expertise in collaboration and productivity tools.

Additionally, the role entails analyzing user workflows to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and change management, gathering and interpreting data from multiple sources to support decisions and measure impact, and using artificial intelligence tools to enhance daily operations and data analysis.

Strong skills in data analysis, business intelligence, and AI are highly desirable.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in information systems, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, User Experience, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of progressive experience in professional experience in Business Analysis. Data analytics and familiarity with business intelligence tools are highly desired.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required.
