About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Top Lead Conversion Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving qualified leads through our sales funnel and playing a crucial role in achieving our revenue goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and converting high-value prospects into paying customers. You will need to be able to conduct thorough market research to identify ideal customer profiles and target audiences, and then develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be working closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless lead-nurturing process. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining a clean and accurate CRM system, ensuring all lead data is up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify ideal customer profiles and target audiences.
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
- Prospect for and qualify new leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Manage and maintain a clean and accurate CRM system, ensuring all lead data is up-to-date.
- Analyze lead generation metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (Software sales is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience with a similar role.
- Preferred: Prior inside sales B2B tech experience.
- Preferred: Experience being held to metrics.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High energy and positive attitude, ability to take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient/advanced English spoken and written.
