Job Title: Global Product Manager Reactors

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our reactor products.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Define and align product strategy with business objectives, driving long-term profitable growth and market expansion.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on customers, competitors, and trends to inform decision-making and guide product development.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee product performance, improvements, and phase-outs to ensure optimal market presence.
  • New Product Development: Plan and coordinate the launch of new offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans, pricing, and promotional activities to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between market and internal teams, forecasting demand and providing critical insights to inform business decisions.
  • Profitability and Margin Management: Ensure strong profit margins through effective pricing and business planning, driving overall business success.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to product profitability and market performance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of energy solutions and industry technologies to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate offerings.
  • Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with long-term company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Strong commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional value through products.
  • Willingness to travel globally on a regular basis.
