Job Title:
Product Line ManagerThis role involves managing the product line of transformers, overseeing their development, and ensuring they meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies to increase competitiveness and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product design for manufacturability and scalability.
- Gather market intelligence to inform product development decisions.
- Monitor investments in regional offerings to align with global product group strategy.
- Support the transfer of technology activities in the region according to the global product group strategy.
Requirements:
- MSc or BSc Engineering degree.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet project milestones.
