Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contract profitability, customer satisfaction, and managing service agreements and time-and-material programs.

You will partner with our team to drive business growth and ensure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract management and billing process
  • Service agreement and time-and-material program management
  • Sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
  • Customer issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Liaising between internal teams and customers
  • Billing process and job center structure management
  • Implementing standardized project processes and guidelines
  • Managing diverse clients in a region with predefined contracts and frameworks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in customer contract management or billing process
  • Managing contracts with internal and external clients
  • Previous experience in contract management with NOCs and IOCs (desired)
  • Knowledge of billing cycles
