As a key member of our Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team, you will be part of supporting corporate and private equity clients through M&A-driven operational and transformational challenges. This is a vital role where your analytical skills will drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for leading transaction-focused projects including carve-outs, post-merger integrations, and rapid value creation initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough operational due diligence, data modeling, project planning, and business improvement to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Take ownership of sub-sections of deal-related deliverables such as buy-side and sell-side documentation, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams, especially in the U.S., and report findings in real-time.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is essential.
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Advisory, M&A, post-merger integration, or carve-out projects is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and within international teams, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI and Tableau is highly valued.
  • Understanding the importance of accurate information management and data protection.
