The role of a Murex Support Engineer involves providing top-notch technical assistance and guidance to end-users. It is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a high degree of analytical skill and attention to detail.

A successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Murex functionalities, with at least 4 years of experience in the capital markets industry. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and developing solutions per deliverables
  • Managing day-to-day tasks to complete various deliverables
  • Contributing to support groups in resolving requests or issues
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues and enhancements
  • Following up on new Application developments and enhancements
  • Performing testing for assigned deliverables and participating in formal release cycles

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Detailed-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD, COM
  • Understanding of P&L concept overall and its components
  • Strong relationship building skills internally and externally
  • Experience in supporting end-users and resolving daily issues
