The role of Senior Manager Finance Operations is crucial in driving growth and profitability within the Zone/Franchise.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic Budget Management: effectively manage Flavored Alcohol Beverages Category (FAB), co-owned brands & distribution agreements budget, price and performance management (PPM).
- End-to-End Business Planning Support: assess co-packer verticalization, Bottler Investment sharing negotiation, and partner with FAB Finance Operations Lead to support Franchise team and bottlers activities with financial expertise at the Franchise Unit level.
- Franchise and Customer Relationship Management: manage franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships at the local level, provide insights and brainstorm with bottlers on local business issues, negotiate rebate and deductions with external parties, prepare internal stakeholders for negotiations, and track local Bottler/Customer information.
- Financial Modeling and Optimization: assess the financial implications of new ARTM and optimize current value chain models, manage Business Models and Margins within the Franchise, execute business model optimization, and implement system top line growth initiatives.
- Revenue Growth Management: lead the financial implementation of new business models, serve as the main point of contact for legal/Tax/Treasury at Franchise Legal Entity level, support financially all RGM initiatives deployment at Franchise level, determine pricing strategy, and analyze Working Capital and Cash Management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
