Job Description

This position is part of a high-performing team that empowers manufacturers to produce high-quality products consistently and comply with regulatory requirements. The role involves working closely with customers, sales, and product development teams to deliver innovative solutions for SCM SAP Digital Manufacturing and SAP Integrated Business Planning.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software innovation projects, product management, and customer-facing roles. They should possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise in SAP BTP-based cloud solutions, and domain knowledge in manufacturing, planning, and logistics.

The responsibilities of this role include keeping track of customer engagements, working with customers and services to assess and prioritize requests, and collaborating with the empowered product team to discover and deliver innovations. Additionally, the candidate will manage individual customer demand for SAP Digital Manufacturing Dispatching & Execution and SAP IBP in a regional setup.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and conducting expert testing on planned and future functionality of SAP Digital Manufacturing Dispatching & Execution along with cross-functional products that deliver the SAP Intelligent Enterprise Suite.

The Manufacturing Dispatching & Execution team works closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. This holistic approach not only enhances operational efficiency but also builds customer trust and satisfaction.

SAP IBP brings core supply chain planning processes into a common platform, allowing for consistency in data, collaboration between teams, and seamless integration to ERP. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or Business Administration (Engineering) or comparable education required.
  • Relevant experience in software innovation projects, product management, support, and customer-facing roles.
  • Strong experience in professional software development. Relevant working experience in the SAP environment.
  • Domain knowledge in manufacturing, planning, and/or logistics combined with strong analytical skills and technical expertise of SAP BTP-based cloud solutions.
  • Domain knowledge in supply chain planning processes.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams in multiple regions/time zones.
  • Ability to distill technical information fast and prepare stakeholder-specific content out of it, with the business outcome in mind and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and language skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (spoken and written).
