As a Commercial Director – Pharma, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution for pharma and supplements portfolios across Latin America. This role involves driving sustainable growth through portfolio management, distributor engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or supplement sectors. They should also possess strong cross-functional leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute the commercial strategy for pharma and supplements portfolios aligned with global objectives and regional market dynamics.
- Manage and expand the LATAM customer base with a strong emphasis on the End Use Market for pharma and supplements.
- Lead distributor strategy and performance management to ensure effective market coverage and growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and innovation delivery.
- Identify and develop opportunities leveraging horizontal platforms (e.g., flavors, enzymes, emulsifiers) for the pharma and supplements market.
- Support pricing strategies, margin management, and commercial governance.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions and innovation pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
