Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Growth Marketer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and improve performance.

Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing Facebook Ads & Google Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI. You will also be responsible for creating ad copies using design tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Figma, building and iterating on landing pages using WordPress and Elementor, testing buttons, hero texts, CTAs, and layouts, running A/B tests & experiments to improve conversion rates continuously, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other CRO tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • An analytical mindset with comfort in tools like GA4, GTM, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives on experimentation and iteration.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress & Elementor.
