Job Description

As a business development expert, you will play a key role in shaping the future of delivery and retail. Your mission will be to develop an information transmission system between headquarters, frontline sales teams, and merchants.

  • You will advocate for platform operations, planning and implementing key strategies/projects, building and operating sales tool content, and facilitating feedback recommendations.
  • You will lead the implementation of key projects within frontline teams, define standard implementation processes, coordinate and track progress, manage project risks, and drive achievement of goals.
  • You will establish information feedback channels to understand feedback from industry benchmarks, frontline teams, and merchants.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with international teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively.
