Buscamos um profissional para atuar em vendas digitais, responsável pela qualificação de leads gerados por campanhas online, atendimento consultivo e conversão em oportunidades de negócio.
Responsabilidades:- O primeiro contato com os leads gerados via campanhas digitais, redes sociais, site e outras fontes;
- Qualificar os leads com base em critérios pré-estabelecidos e direcionar oportunidades ao time comercial;
- Fazer atendimento consultivo via WhatsApp, telefone e outros canais digitais;
- Alimentar e atualizar o CRM com informações dos leads e status de atendimento;
- Acompanhar o funil de vendas digital e garantir a evolução dos leads nas etapas;
- Trabalhar em parceria com o time de marketing para otimizar a geração de leads qualificados;
- Bater metas de atendimento, conversão e qualidade de leads.
