Responsabilidades:
  • O primeiro contato com os leads gerados via campanhas digitais, redes sociais, site e outras fontes;
  • Qualificar os leads com base em critérios pré-estabelecidos e direcionar oportunidades ao time comercial;
  • Fazer atendimento consultivo via WhatsApp, telefone e outros canais digitais;
  • Alimentar e atualizar o CRM com informações dos leads e status de atendimento;
  • Acompanhar o funil de vendas digital e garantir a evolução dos leads nas etapas;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com o time de marketing para otimizar a geração de leads qualificados;
  • Bater metas de atendimento, conversão e qualidade de leads.
