Microsoft 365 Engineer Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on MS Teams configuration and support. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration, communication, and productivity across the organization through effective MS Teams implementation and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
  • Understand and support Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, APP registration, and conditional access policies.
  • Perform regular health assessments of the Microsoft 365 environment and implement remediation plans.
  • Lead the configuration and management of Microsoft Teams throughout the organization.
  • Develop and configure Microsoft Copilot agents within Microsoft Teams and Copilot Studio.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 services.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Teams deployment, configuration, and management.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 identity management with Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with Teams audio/video setup, troubleshooting, and quality assessment.
  • Proficiency in analyzing Teams logs and resolving call quality issues.
